If learning to fly,,,, Have lesson from a butterfly

The incredible transformation of caterpillars into amazing butterflies is one of the marvelous process of nature. As the caterpillars forms a cocoon and then butterfly emerges from it.
Do you know it holds a valuable reminder from all of us?
Don't overthink when you are just an average performer, may be butterfly of yours is trying to emerge within from.

Let's understand this with a story.
once, A man was sitting in a garden when he saw the incredible sight of the cocoon with a tiny opening through which a butterfly was trying to emerge. He watched over an hour, as the butterfly struggles to come out of that tiny hole, bit by bit, flapping its wings, shaking, fighting and struggling to free its body. But after an hour of struggling, the poor insect was no making progress. So, the man decided to help the butterfly. He stood up and with gentle hands, he opened the hole in the cocoon just be wider to allow the butterfly to come out from the hole. Butterfly came out but with the shriveled  body. it looks weak and tender. The nan eagerly waited for the butterfly's wings to be opened up. But it did not happen. The butterfly stayed weak and unable to fly.
The man did not realize that in his attempt to help the butterfly, he even harmed it.
The struggle to become butterfly from the cocoon is a natural process which takes time and the butterfly has to struggle itself to become strong, large and to fly.

No struggle,,,,, No success. That's as true for butterfly as well it is for all of us.
Struggle and challenges makes us stronger, more capable than now. The next time when  you find yourself struggling and feel like giving up, Remember it may be nature's way of helping you to fly and soar to your true potential.
At time, you may find a dear friend or your boss or your true mentor who is deserting you in your hour of need. They are putting extra pressure on you. they are expecting high performance.Don't be too harsh on them. They may be doing it to help you. to make you learn to fly.

Remember: The greatest success does not come by sitting in comfort zone. You have to get out from the bed and have to chase your dreams.

Struggle is the only way to pursue your dreams.
To mark your performance high, you need to give 100% and then a little extra.

Magic of grandmother;s touch

A letter to GOD to rewind the memories of the grandmother.I  know a very special person, she is always on my mind,
All the things we used to share are left far far behind.
She was the one who carried me first,
Her love was unique from lust.

Since many years, she has watched me grow,
teaching me everything, which i need to know,
Grandma was so special in every way,
making me smile each day.

She listened to every word i said,
she reacted to what i spoke in vain,
she taught me how to calm in pain,
she used to say, do not take rest
In society, always try to give your best.

Always bow down in front of GOD,
because God's love no one can afford.
we know the importance of love and warmth of her
because we are just other for other and everything for her.
  
We all cousins used to fight to stay 
Her words are only enough to play.
She used to accompany with us history.
used to tell us mother's childhood story.

she used to meet us after a long
as she is living in HongKong.
Activeness and humbleness was part of her trait,
to be responsible always used to make her great.

Her all words and sayings are in my mind,
it helps me to do the memories rewind. 
Her life was beautiful by her kind deeds,
She was always a helping hand for other's need.

Why cant she come back,,why cant she stay?

she has left us all and gone so far away.
The last thing she told me was Do not worry, i'll be okay.
And now though she has gone, she is with me each day.


After a happy life. there's always comes an end.
everyone was sad because no more time left to spend.
There was love in everything what she did
There was a magic in her feet.
she had always that special touch.
We would love to say that we love you so so much.

Make yourself your own sunshine 

Before making others your friend, you have to be your's friend.
Before correcting others, you have to correct yourself.
Before making others happy, you have to make yourself happy.
Before making your time free for others, you have to free your time for yourself.
Before finding happiness with others, find happiness within yourself.

Because 
       Life begins from that time onward for the person who meets himself at wherever this great event occurs.

Men & Women born, spend their days , live their lives and Die without knowing themselves actually.
Mostly, we spent time by thinking about others, making them happy, correcting others, finding happiness with others, giving time to others and spending leisure time.
But the greatest treasure occurs when these tasks do not go for long life with you, all die with all their music in them and without knowing anything.
So start working on yourself and meet yourself.
Firstly get acquainted with yourself,start loving yourself, start taking care of yourself,start making time for yourself.
Make yourself a priority first.
It is not termed as selfishness but called personal development.
Once you balance yourself, then only you can balance the world.
Let explore the inner music and give the world to listen.
So make a plan to meet yourself
make yourself your own sunshine😊

loyalty is one which counts in luxuries

The core thing which matters in  life is Loyalty which is expected by everyone at every stage of every relationship of life.
Nothing matters if you are surrounded by the loved ones who cares you, treats you well, supports you till end.
Relationship is not count by age, not by community , not by communicating every moment of everyday.The more important thing of the togetherness is trust and loyalty.
loyalty is a word which has the deepest meaning to make the bond long lasting.
if you cant give time , its not an issue. but you cant be loyal,, its the biggest crime.

 और उन हजारो में से  कुछ सौ लोग हमारे दोस्त , रिश्तेदार तो कुछ खास बन जाते है 
उसी खास लोगो की लिस्ट में से  इन्हे  चुना है मैंने 

Today, I am going to write on the splendid personality who enlighten our path with the full of knowledge, wisdom and uncountable blessings.

  मेरी नानी, किसी की दादी और किसी की माँ थी वो ,
          उस छोटे से आशियाने का चिराग थी वो ,
 बाँटते थे हर सुख दुःख  उनसे ,
         छोटो की फैवरेट तो बड़ो की  हमदर्द थी वो,,,

 ना जरुरत थी आभूषण की क्योंकि
         सूरज सा तेज़ और चाँद की शीतलता थी वो,
  हम सबको बाँध कर  रखने वाली
         कोमल छाँव का आँचल थी वो,,,,,,

अपनेपन का एहसास  थी वो ,,
           परिवार में सबकी खास थी वो ,,
 खुशियों की दुआये  देने वाली ,,
         और  हर खुशी  में शामिल  वाली  आस थी वो ,,,,,,,,,

 वक़्त की छाया कुछ इस तरह फिर गयी ,
            चारो तरफ सन्नाटा छा गया
और मुस्कान आसुओं में बदल गयी,,,,,,,,,,,,

साथ  बिताये  हुए पल और किस्से
            कुछ यादें तो कुछ निशानी बन गयी ,
मुठ्ठी में लेकर कुछ आशाएं और
                दिल में लेकर अरमान कई,
 बिना किये ही पूरा उन्हें
              बीच मझधार में वो छोड़ गयी ,,,,,,,,,,

उस दिन लगा  जैसे:
अम्बर से सूरज बिछड़ गया ,
             आसमान से तारे टूट गए,
जलता हुआ दीपक बुझ गया
          और दुःख के बादल छा  गए ,
हम सब टूट गए और
              हर आँख भी हुई नम,
क्या कभी सोचा तेरे बिन
                 कैसे जियेंगे हम,,,,,,,,

अब आलम कुछ यु हो गया है 
           वक़्त जैसे  थम सा गया है ,
 कदम  रुक गये है ,अंदर से टूट भी गए है 
             सांसे तो चल  रही  है 
 बाते भी आपकी हो रही है 
 वही  रात  है ,, वही सवेरा  है 
            सब  चीज़ वही है, 
पर पहले जैसी  अब बात नहीं है 
         क्योंकि अब साथ आप जो नही है !!!!!!!!!!!!

मिले  कुछ लोग , और हुई कुछ नयी बात,

जब की थी मैंने  एक नयी सफर की शुरआत ,,

 2014 - 17 से लेकर कॉलेज  का दौर था ,   

हर एक चीज़ नयी और होनहार बनने का शौंक था !!

 मिले कुछ लोग और नयी कुछ  अध्यापिकाएँ ,

जिन्होंने उन्नति के पाठ  कुछ इस तरह पढ़ाये !

 ना कभी तुम गिरना,

ना  कभी तुम भटकना ,

जो कभी लड़खड़ाओ तो हाथ हमारा पकड़ना !!

है हम सदा यहां  हर एक  कदम पर,

न भूलना मुस्कुराना किसी डगर पर ,

होंसलो को रखना सपनो से ऊपर 

ले आना सितारे आसमान से तोड़कर !!

कामयाबी के रास्ते पर  इस तरह चलना ,

सितारों की तरह  कुछ यूँ चमकना ,

जब कभी टूटे  सितारा , तो तुम न कभी तड़पना !!

हर सिलसिला हर वक़्त कुछ  यूँ बीत गया ,

नया  सफर मिल गया ,   

पर  पुराना छूट गया !!

मिल गयी साथ में  कुछ  बातें  ,

कुछ  मीठी  तो कुछ खट्टी यादें !!

मिल गए भगवान् टीचर्स क रूप में 

निखर जिंदगी एक नए  स्वरूप में !!

उनका आशीर्वाद और प्रजेंस साथ है ऐसे यही 

यही रहना सदा पास,

क्योंकि लगता है सारी  खुशियां मेरे साथ है  जैसे !!

Dignifying the women is all about loving and caring them

WOMEN ---- A definition of love and care
The real way to show love towards the women is to dignifying her.
All she wants respect in return what she showers to all in form of love, care, and responsibilities.

I am writing this to show my dignity to all women with whom support my life has been shaping.
The normal journey turns into the awesome and full of memorable moments just because of all leading ladies of my life i.e my mother, grandmother in between the all teachers, professors , mentors of school and colleges, friends , besties , didi's ,aunties of the colony.
My life is completely shaped by women and i am proud of it.

• I learnt from my mother to keep smiling all the time because she said that " Smile is a  curve but it sets straight everything".
• I learnt from my Nani "to respect to small people and make them feel special because they teach us the best lessons of life".
• I learnt from my all didi's and aunties "keep working hard but interfere also in other's life".
• I learnt from my all relatives "keep questioning all the time when you meet to someone".
• I learnt from my all friends "be there all the time for any sake".

Whatever i have achieved and who i am just because of all the leading ladies of my family and surrounding.

In women;s life, there is nothing to be unproud of whatever the age , stage, look , status married or single , childhood , motherhood and adulthood is.
You just be proud of every status of your life.

It is their intellectual ability and high self esteem that they always stand and  be there to make someone's life beautiful and graceful and everybody's  journey begins in her lap.

      In a nutshell,
The only way to convey your love is to dignifying her in terms of everything.
 Because she is the only one "
          " She go with us to the thousand miles,
              thats why she is called another name of SMILE"
